Pedro’s experience and career success provides him a unique perspective when it comes to analyzing business entities, capital structuring, investment and real estate opportunities. His experience includes being one of the top tier financial advisors and managing principals with J.P. Morgan, Wells Fargo Advisors, and Modern Woodmen Fraternal Financial.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts In Legal Studies from Pennsylvania State University, a Commercial Real Estate Development Professional Certificate from Cornell University, a Business Foundation Specialization Professional Certificate from Wharton School of Business, and is currently attaining his Construction Management Specialization Professional Certificate from Columbia University.

Chris Wezel is the Vice President of Commercial Lending for Radix Hawk.

Purnima Marrero is a Managing Partner of Radix Hawk and manages the Radix Hawk Residential division.

As Managing Partner of Radix Hawk, Purnima leads strategic business development, strengthened client relationships, and guides the success of the company. Purnima has built and developed an exemplary professional career. From overseeing the success of Wells Fargo Retail Banking to retail real estate sales of over $30M annually through strategic sales plans at Engel & Volkers, she has taken on challenging roles across the industry and worked tirelessly to produce exceptional results.

Pete Sackel
Managing Partner
Pete Sackel is a founding partner of Radix Hawk and has over 25 years of business management and financial analysis experience. He made his first real estate investment at the age of 24 and soon realized the unique benefits of this investment approach.
Sackel has an extensive background in building and leading large teams on extremely complex and diverse projects. During his time at New York Life and New York Life Securities, he assisted clients with critical investment decisions. For the past decade, Sackel has consulted with companies large and small, helping them to scale and grow, perform financial analysis and oversight, and navigate mergers and acquisitions. His passion lies in project management, financial analysis, and team optimization.
Pete focuses on day to day operations, marketing initiatives, and process improvement and implementation.

Jason Hughes
Managing Partner
Jason Hughes is a partner of Radix Hawk and the founder of Hughes Management. Jason's experience includes a wide range of asset classes including residential, multi-family, commercial, industrial, and mixed use.
In addition, Hughes also has a wealth of experience in land development and planning, project valuations, financial analysis, construction, and manufacturing. Having both a General Contractor and Electrical Contractor's license, Jason possesses a strong technical background.
With over 20 years of construction experience and a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Finance, Jason understands all aspects of a construction project from inception to completion.
Hector Machado
Commercial Mortgage Associate
Hector Machado is an Commercial Mortgage Associate at Radix Hawk.
Machado is an Ethical and detail-oriented leader. Mr. Machado honorably retired as a noncommissioned officer from the U.S. Army in 2014, where he served his country leading his troops through the essential element of combat operations, Leadership. Machado established himself as one of the top U.S. Army noncommissioned officers with the storied 82nd Airborne Division. He was part of multiple combat deployments in “Operation Enduring Freedom” in Iraq and Afghanistan. Machado served with distinction earning numerous honors, awards, and decorations, including the Army Service Medal, Army Overseas Service Ribbon, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Combat Infantry Badge, and the Parachutist Badge among others.
With over 20 years of leadership experience, Machado has established himself as a successful, result driven and high-performing leader, placing the interests and well-being of his clients at the forefront of all his decisions. As a Commercial Mortgage Associate of Radix Hawk, Hector leads strategic business development and client relationships. He has consistently found success through his meticulous preparation, delivering successful outcomes to those who place their trust in him. Machado’s uncanny ability to account for all potential variables prior to making decisions has consistently yielded a high degree of success for his clients.
